Book Yoga Retreats – Booking, Cancellation & Refund Terms

At Book Yoga Retreats, we aim to make your booking experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your yoga retreat booking will be confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email or booking acknowledgement from our team.

2. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email or through our official support channels.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date may be eligible for a partial or full refund (subject to partner terms).
  • Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the retreat may incur cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat start date may be non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing, retreat provider terms, and any non-refundable booking components such as processing fees, reservation fees, or special offers.

Approved refunds, if applicable, will typically be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method.

4. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive on the retreat start date without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and no refund may be issued.

5. Rescheduling / Date Changes

In some cases, date changes or booking rescheduling may be possible depending on the retreat organizer’s availability and policy. Additional charges may apply.

6. Cancellation by Retreat Organizer

In rare situations, a yoga retreat may be cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer due to weather, safety concerns, low participation, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, we will assist you with available alternatives or applicable refund options as per the retreat provider’s policy.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, transport issues, or emergencies.
